1. Scope of Technical Information

All acoustic absorption coefficients (ISO 11654), RT60 reverberation outputs generated by the interactive estimator, and structural span tables published on marvelloak.info by MARVELLO OAK STUDIO LTD are provided for preliminary RIBA Stage 2–3 architectural planning. Final structural fixings and site-specific fire strategy sign-offs must be verified by the appointed project structural engineer and building control officer.

2. Intellectual Property in CAD / BIM Families

All parametric joinery profiles, DWG section drawings, Revit families, and photography remain the exclusive intellectual property of MARVELLO OAK STUDIO LTD. Specifiers are granted a non-exclusive license to incorporate our CAD/BIM blocks into tender documentation for projects nominating Marvello Oak systems.

3. Natural Timber Variations

European white oak (Quercus robur) is a natural hygroscopic material. Subtle variations in medullary ray figure, crown grain, and warm tannin coloration are inherent hallmarks of authentic timber and do not constitute manufacturing defects.
