• Professional contact details (Full Name, Practice or Company Name, Corporate Email, Direct Telephone).
• Project specification parameters (floor area estimates, acoustic ratings, CAD/BIM sample requests).
• Technical session identifiers (`mv_cookie_pref`) used to store your cookie governance choice.

3. Lawful Basis for Processing

We process professional correspondence under Article 6(1)(b) (steps prior to entering into a consultancy or supply contract) and Article 6(1)(f) (legitimate interests in responding to architectural tender inquiries and maintaining portal security).
